Cristiano Ronaldo to captain in the game against Lionel Messi as the new Al Nassr signing will have his debut for the Saudi Arabian club in a friendly game with Paris Saint-Germain.
It could not be better for the Portugal legend when he is handed the armband right at his first game since joining his new club.

Saudi Arabia picked a team with all stars which will contain players from Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, of course, Ronaldo was the very first one to be picked.
He left Manchester United last year and made a blockbuster move which will see him earning around $200m per year.
His first match will see him go up against long-term rival Lionel Messi, with PSG currently on a tour of the Middle East.
This is understood to be probably the final time that two GOATs of football history, who have won 12 Ballon d’Or, to face each other on the pitch.
Messi also arrived at the Middle East as his club is currently on a tour here. The pair shared the greatest rivalry during their time in Spain together, for Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively.
Should Messi opt to extend his current PSG deal beyond this season, it is likely that he will not face Ronaldo again.

Earlier, rumors have it that a lucrative offer on the table from Al-Hilal, with the Saudi side eager to sign him this summer in a move that could re-ignite his rivalry with Ronaldo.

The friendly game is scheduled for Thursday, 19 January, at 12:00 ET and 10:30 pm IST. It will begin at 20:00 local time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Messi vs Ronaldo: The match will be played in Saudi Arabia at the King Fahd International Stadium, which recently hosted the Spanish Super Cup.
The match will be broadcast on Paris Saint-Germain’s official television channels and on BeIN Sport’s streaming service.
