Mbappa announced war with PSG

The 2018 World Cup winner made it clear that he will not be signing a new deal at Parc des Prince, meaning that a departure as a free agent is imminent, probably in 2024.

Mbappe is into his final 12 months, and by the direction things have been going, the superstar forward has gone to war with his club.

The Paris-based club have left him out of their pre-season tour to Asia, with talk of interest from Real and Arsenal refusing to go away.

Offers for Mbappe from the Middle East

While it’s not unusual to see that Real Madrid bid for Mbappe, the shocking updates emerged that Middle East side Al-Hilal also joined the race for Mbappe’ service.

According to the Italian transfer guru Tancredi Palmeri, Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Hilal have joined the chase.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s rivals in Saudi Pro League are reportedly open to paying Mbappe € 200m a year while offering the same figure to PSG regarding a transfer fee.

It is claimed that said offer also includes the option for Mbappe to leave the Middle East for Spain in 2024 – with Madrid the only side that can trigger that clause. The prolific 24-year-old is reportedly reluctant to leave for Saudi Arabia, but the get-out option put to him by Al-Hilal may appeal as he runs the risk of being frozen out in Paris for 12 months.

What is the deadline to decide Mbappe’s fate?

Mbappe will train at the new Cite Sportif de Poissy with the other players outside the club’s plans who have also stayed in Paris, such as Draxler, Paredes, and Wijnaldum.

PSG‘s deadlines have stayed the same. They are the same as those in the letter sent to the player on 3 July.

From a legal point of view, 31 July was the final deadline for the player to decide whether or not to renew his contract.
