Bayern are unbeaten in a competition record 36 Champions League group stage matches (W33 D3), that’s why it’s almost a mission impossible for Turkish champions Galatasaray to accomplish.

However, after a massive upset against Man United on MD2, Okan Buruk’s men can create another earthquake on their own ground.

Group A summit can be evident after this week’s fixture, while Man United face a must-win game, hosting Copenhagen at Old Trafford.

There are scares that the Red Devils can soon say goodbye to the elite European competition at Group Stage, but they are famous for a comeback, so there are many to expect ahead.

PSG vs Milan

The battle in Paris will be the headline fixture of this week.

Milan have not conceded a goal in their last four Champions League group stage matches, while PSG suffered a stunning defeat against Newcastle the previous matchday.

Group F is the apparent group of Death this season, and the current situation does not favor any of the four.

Rossoneri ended up unbeaten in the last two games against Newcastle and Dortmund, but the performances are far from convincing.

Should Milan Škriniar line up in the Paris defense for the first part of their crucial double header with Milan, the Rossoneri could be forgiven for experiencing that sinking feeling.

The Slovakian international will be taking on the Italian outfit for the 19th time in his career, meaning he will have faced them on more occasions than any other club. The centre-back seems to have the Indian sign over Milan, too, having won 11 and only lost four of those previous encounters.

Such an omen will be welcome for Luis Enrique’s side as they try to clear their heads following the 4-1 defeat at Newcastle, while Milan will hope breaching Škriniar’s defense will kick-start their campaign after a pair of goalless draws in Group F.
