SHI, WANG, MIXED DUO HELP CHINA WIN 3 OF 5 TITLES AT STAKE
Shi,Wang and the mixed duo win their respective final matches to help China win three of the five major titles at stake in the tournament.
Furthermore, Shi humbled Anders Antonsen of Denmark, 21-18, 21-14, in a battle of the world’s top two men’s singles shuttlers.
Moreover, Wang made it a double for China after she pulled off a 19-21, 21-19, 21-11 decision over Han Yue in the women’s final.
Shi fended off repeated challenges from Antonsen in both sets to cheers from the home crowd at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Stadium.
The Chinese world No.1 thus finally won another major title since the Indonesia Open in June.
In that tournament, Shi also defeated world No.2 Antonsen in the final.
ALL-CHINESE WOMEN’S SINGLES FINAL ENSURES HOSTS OF ANOTHER WINNER
Moreover, all-Chinese women’s singles final also ensured another major winner for the hosts.

The women’s world No.2 had to erase a 16-19 deficit in the second set to humble Han with the next five points of the match.

The win was Wang’s fourth BFW World Tour title this year after she upset Chen Yufei for the Asian Championship gold.
CHINESE, DANISH, KOREAN TANDEMS SPLIT DOUBLES TITLES
Furthermore, Chinese, Danish, and Korean duos split the three doubles titles at stake.

Astrup and Rasmussen thus became the first Danish doubles champions in 12 years.
Baek Ha-na and Lee so-he won the women’s doubles final for South Korea.
They defeated Japan’s Matsuyama Nami and Shida Chiharu, 21-19, 21-14.
