That means only Bayern, Club Brugge, and Benfica advance to the round of 16. Let’s break down the action:
Bayern vs. Celtic Highlights
Bayern wasn’t safe after their 2-1 win in the first leg, facing a tough Celtic side led by Brendan Rodgers. Celtic equalized in the 63rd minute through Nicolas Kuhn, tying the aggregate at 2-2. But wait for it—the game went to stoppage time!

In the fourth minute of added time, Alphonso Davies burst forward and smashed in a decisive goal. A slick build-up from Leroy Sane, Michael Olise, and Leon Goretzka set the stage for Davies’ heroics, and Bayern booked their 22nd straight Champions League knockout appearance!

Milan vs. Feyenoord
At San Siro, things went south for Milan. Santiago Gimenez had given Milan hope by leveling the aggregate at 1-1 after a 1-0 loss in the first leg. But then troubles started when Frenchman Theo Hernandez got his second yellow – a real blow when you need goals. Julian Carranza then put Feyenoord ahead in the 73rd minute, and despite efforts from Joao Felix, Rafael Leao, and Gimenez, Milan couldn’t get back into it. Milan’s Champions League adventure ended on home turf.

Atalanta vs. Club Brugge
Atalanta hosted Club Brugge but couldn’t stop the early onslaught. Club Brugge were on fire in the first half, hitting Atalanta for 3 goals with strikes from Ferran Jutgla and a brace by Chemsdine Talbi. Atalanta pulled one back in the second half through Ademola Lookman, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the deficit. The aggregate ended 2-5, and Atalanta’s time in Europe came to a close.
Benfica vs. AS Monaco
This match was an absolute rollercoaster with a total of six goals! Benfica’s Kerem Akturkoglu opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, but Monaco’s Takumi Minamino quickly responded. Monaco then grabbed a 2-1 advantage early in the second half thanks to Eliesse Ben Seghir.

The game heated up when a penalty in the 76th minute leveled the tie, and soon after, Vangelis Pavlidis fired one in to make it 3-3 on aggregate. Finally, Orkun Kokcu wrapped it up with a decisive strike, and Benfica advanced on a 4-3 aggregate. Next up for Benfica is a clash with either Barcelona or Liverpool!
