ROCKETS VS WARRIORS SEES HIELD LEAD DUBS TO ROAD WIN IN HOUSTON

The Rockets vs Warriors serie saw Hield lead the Dubs to a 103-89 road victory in Houston to take Game 7.

Furthermore, Golden State got 33 points from Hield on 9-of-11 shooting from three-point range as the Dubs completed their 4-3 series win.

Moreover, Stephen Curry scored 22 points, while Jimmy Butler had 20 points as thr Dubs avoided blowing a 3-1 lead after losing Games 5 and 6.

Draymond Green came through with 16 points, six rebounds, and five assists on 7-of-15 shooting for the Warriors.

Additionally, Curry negated a tough start by adding 10 rebounds, seven assists, two steals, and two blocks for the Dubs.

DUBS IN CONFERENCE SEMIS FOR THIRD TIME IN 4 SEASONS

The Dubs will go to the Western Conference semifinals for the third time in four seasons despite being the No.7 seed.

Moreover, Golden State got 22 points from Hield in the first half before Curry chipped in trough the second half to put Houston away.

Furthermore, a critical 12-0 run in the fourth quarter, capped by a Hield 3-pointer, sealed it for the Warriors on the road.

Golden State only has a day or two to rest, as they go to Minneapolis to face the Timberwolves in the next round.

The No.6 seeded Timberwolves are well-rested after they brought down No.3 seed Los Angeles Lakers, 4-1, in the first round.

3-POINT STRUGGLES DOOMED ROCKETS

The Rockets were doomed with an awful 3-point shooting in Game 7 to fall short of winning a series at home.

Furthermore, Houston went only 6-of-18 from beyond the arc.

Moreover, Amen Thompson finished with 24 points and nine rebounds, while Alperen Sengun had 21 points and 14 boards for the Rockets.

Fred VanVleet added 17 points and seven rebounds in a losing cause.

However, no other Houston player scored in double figures, with Dillon Brooks only getting eight points.

Jalen Green also had eight pointd on 3-of-8 shooting as the Rockets shot only 40% (34-for-84) from the field.
