PACERS FORCE GAME 7 AFTER DENYING OKC; HALIBURTON RETURN SPARKS HOME CROWD

The Pacers force Game 7 in a big way after their 108-91 victory over OKC as Haliburton’s return sparked a loud home crowd.

Furthermore, the All-Star pointguard played despite nurning a right calf strain and scored 14points on 5-of-12 shooting along with five assists and two steals.

Indiana jumped the gun on OKC with a decisive 24-7 run to take a 26-17 lead and never looked back.

The Pacers also made sure OKC won’t turn the tables on them after Indiana’s Game 1 comeback win, as they posted the wire-to-wire win.

BALANCED SCORING, AGGRESSIVE DEFENSE DID IT FOR PACERS

Balanced scoring and an aggressive defense did it for the Pacers to save their season and also earn a shot at the NBA title in Game 7.

Moreover, six players scored in double figures as reserve Obi Toppin led the way with 20 points.

Furthermore, Andrew Nembhard scored 17 points, Pascal Siakam had 16, while T.J. McConnell added 12 points for Indiana.

Aaron Nesmith contributed 10 points for the Pacers.

Indiana took a 22-point halftime lead and never slowed down in the second half.

The lead was 90-60 after three quarters.

This gave Indiana a chance to rest Haliburton for Game 7 on Sunday.

THUNDER NEEDS ALL SUPPORT FROM OKC CROWD TO CLAIM GAME 7, NBA TITLE

The Thunder will need all the support from their home crowd in OKC to claim Game 7 on Sunday.

Furthermore, Shai gilgeous-Alexander finished with 21 points and Jalen Williams, coming off a 40-point night in Game 5, was held to just 16.

Moreover, Isaiah Hartenstein was the only other starter in double figures with 10 points.

Isaiah Joe added 11 for the Thunder.

The Thunder won’t have to deal with a loud Indiana crowd banking on Haliburton’s psychological return in Game 7.

However, SGA and the Thunder will need to jump the gun on Indiana.

It would be their second shot at the title to claim their first ever championship.
