The 2025 NBA Draft has Flagg formalize his way into history as the No.1 pick by the Mavericks.
Furthermore, the 18-year-old Duke standout comes to a Dallas squad that has title ambitions after reaching the NBA Finals in 2024.
Moreover, the 6-foot-8 teenager hopes to play in the playoffs right away as he pairs with All-Stars Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving.
“I’m feeling amazing. It’s a dream come true, to be honest,” Flagg said moments as he shared the moments with his family and friends.
“I wouldn’t want to share it with anybody else,” he added.

HARPER TO SPURS, JOINS FOX , CASTLE IN LOADED BACKCOURT
Dylan Harper went to the San Antonio Spurs, who got the No.2 pick, as he joins a loaded backcourt that already has Stephon Castle and De’Aron Fox.
Moreover, the 6-foot-6 Rutgers pointguard became the Spurs’ third-straight top-three pick after No.1 choice Victor Wembanyama (2023) and No.4 choice Castle (2024).

“I think when you play with a bunch of great players, it just brings the best out of you,” Harper said.
“They got a great young core over there. I’m just ready to get in there and make an impact anywhere I can with those guys,” he added.
The Spurs would later pick forward Carter Bryant out of Arizona at No.14 for their second first-round choice.
