Barcelona clinch LaLiga title
Clasico rivals Real Madrid beat Mallorca 2-1 at the Santiago Bernabéu on Wednesday to cut Barcelona’s lead to four points.
However, Barca’s win over their city rival put them seven points clear with two games left to play to seal the club’s 28th league title.
Lamine Yamal curled a superb shot into the back of the net in the 53rd minute.
Fermin Lopez sealed the victory five minutes into stoppage time, firing home from inside the box after an assist from Yamal.

“The family we have here, this is for me the most important thing,” said Flick after the match.
“You feel like family. Everyone in this club has their job and is doing great. Everyone knows how important they are for this club, for their team. And of course the players, the atmosphere in the dressing room. I never had this before.”
Spectacular first season for Flick
It caps a remarkable first season at Bacça for Flick, with his side winning the LaLiga, Spanish Supercopa, and Copa del Rey titles.
The Catalan club announced they will be presented with the league trophy on Friday during a special celebration in the city.
Flick, 60, took over from Xavi Hernandez last summer following a trophyless campaign.
The league title completes a domestic treble and crowns a memorable debut season in Spain for the German coach, which also included four victories over Real Madrid.

“You can do that. I appreciate we are one team,” Flick said when asked if this title topped the others. “We work hard and everyone gives their best for the club. This is our job. We want the fans to be proud of the team.”
“It’s time to celebrate. Next season? I don’t do that. We have a long break. We analyse everything after. Five, six weeks for some players. It’s good.”
“I think a lot of matches we played really good. The matches against Real, they’re unbelievable. The four matches against Real, it’s great.”
