Barcelona signs Fall
Fall, 21, spent last season on loan with Barca’s reserves, Barca Atletic.
The LAFC youth product played 21 games for Barca Atletic, but missed the final part of the campaign due to his left ankle injury.
He registered two goals and one assist in 1,758 minutes for Barca B.
The Spanish giant club said in a statement that Fall signed to “a two-year contract through to 30 June 2026” with the option to “extend it to two more.”
Incredible potential
Fall made 42 appearances across all competitions for LAFC, tallying six goals and one assist.
LAFC Co-President & General Manager John Thorrington believes that the center-back could advance his football career in Barcelona.
“Fall is a player with incredible potential and exceptional talent,” he said.
“He began his professional journey at LAFC, and we are excited to see him join not only one of the top clubs in the world but also a great environment for his continued development.”
“We wish him nothing but the best in his career at Barcelona.”
Prior to joining Barcelona, Fall completed a one-year loan with LaLiga’s Villareal.
