BROWN, NIKE TRADE BARBS OVER ‘CHILDISH’ COMMENT ON BUCKS STAR

Brown and Nike traded barbs over the former’s “childish” comment on the Bucks star after a recent Boston-Milwaukee match.

Furthermore, the Celtics swingman called Antetokounmpo “childish” for his antics in Sunday’s match.

Moreover, Antetokounmpo elbowed the Boston forward in the face before faking a handshake after the two stars exchanged words.

Nike, whom the Bucks forward is an endorser, took a jab at Brown following Antetokounmpo’s 59-point outburst when the Bucks beat the Detroit Pistons.

“Nothing childish about ’em. 59 for the Greak freak,” Nike basketball posted on social media.

CELTICS STAR FIRES BACK AT SHOE BRAND

Moreover, the Celtics star fired back shortly at the shoe brand.

“Y’all got weird energy,” Brown wrote.

Furthermore, Brown and Nike had a beef against each other dating back to 2022.

The three-time All-Star then called out the shoe company for its ethics.

Nike didn’t responded to Brown’s statement at the time.

NIKE BLAMED FOR BOSTON STAR BEING LEFT OFF TEAM USA ROSTER IN PARIS OLYMPICS

Furthermore, Nike was blamed by Brown for reportedly having a partial role in him being left off the Team USA roster in the Paris Olympics.

Moreover, Brown was not part of the 12-man all-NBA roster that featured three of his Celtics teammates in Jayson Tatun, Jrue Holiday and last-minute replacement Derrick White.

White was inserted to replace injured LA Clippers forward Kawhi Leonard.

Brown released a song named after Nike’s iconic tagline “Just Do It.”

He would later launched “741,” his own performance brand and signature shoe.

Brown hopes 741 would rival the sportswear giant in the future.
