Chelsea ‘open official talks’ over Kounde Transfer
Chelsea have opened ‘official talks’ with Sevilla over a deal for highly-rated defender Jules Kounde.
Thomas Tuchel is keen to strengthen his squad with the signing of a new centre-back and discussions are underway over a deal for Jules Kounde, who has established himself as one of the best young defenders in Europe since signing for Sevilla from Bordeaux.

Kounde signed for Sevilla two seasons ago in a deal worth €25m and has since made 88 appearances in all competitions, with reports having suggested the Spanish side will seek a bid of around £60m for the defender.
