Dani Alves has confessed his sexual attack as the former Barcelona is facing serious charges after the 23-year-old girl sued him weeks ago in Spain.

The alleged confession of Dani Alves

After days going from refusing to know the girl who sued him, to acknowledge her identity, now Alves has confessed the penetration on the girl.

Statements of Carlos Quilez, the journalist of Antena 3, Spanish press, revealed:

“He has recognized that the sexual act was consummated through penetration”.

In case the information is true, it is already the fourth time that Dani Alves changes his statement, and that will play against the Brazilian player.

It is understood that the confession is Alves’ and his lawyer tactics, which they use to focus on the fact that the sexual act was no forcing, but with the approval of the so-called victim.

Alves’ first statements

In his first statement, Dani Alves said he did not know the young woman, then he accepted having treated her, then that there was only groping, and now he completely changed his statement to confess about the penetration.

There has been no concrete decisions yet, but the 39-year-old could be facing 12 years behind bars for such sexual crime.

The events took place in the early morning of December 31 last year, when the still Pumas player during a party at Barcelona nightclub.
