Denmark enters Round-of-16 in EURO 2024 after draw with Serbia
Denmark emerged as the winner of the matchup, even though the scoreboard might suggest otherwise, as they only needed a draw to advance to the Round of 16.
Jonas Wind’s goal was not counted for Denmark in the first half because the ball had gone out of play.
Christian Eriksen also failed to convert his chances from midfield.
Denmark finished with an identical record to Slovenia, who also secured a 0-0 draw with England.
There were also six yellow cards apiece for the players for both Denmark and Slovenia.
Meanwhile, Serbia ended their EURO 2024 campaign, although none of the three teams won in Group C.

Denmark ready to face host team
Denmark is all set to face host nation Germany in the Round-of-16.
The Danes have yet to beat Germany in their last four meetings, with their last triumph coming in an international friendly in March 2007.
“I really love football here in Germany and playing against Germany with the Danish team, it can’t be better, I can’t wait,” Hjulmand said.
“It’s a great team. But we’re a great team as well. And when we play the big nations, we always step up.”
“It’s going to be great against Germany,” Danish keeper Kasper Schmeichel said.
“If we don’t believe in our chances, we might as well go home.”
