Europa League Round of 16 second legs highlights
Arsenal bowed out from another competition yet this season, after held by Sporting CP at Emirates by 1-1.
Granit Xhaka scored an early goal in the first half to put Gunners ahead, but Pedro Goncalves equalized for the visitors after hour mark.
No winners emerged after extra times, then Gabriel Martinelli missed his shot in the shoot-outs to eventually see the Portugal side won by 3-5.
The only La Liga representative remained in the competition is Sevilla. Despite being beaten at Fenerbahce by 0-1, Jorge Sampaoli’s side are through to the latter stage thanks to winning 1-2 on aggregate.
Meanwhile, AS Roma and Juventus represents Serie A to qualify for the quarter-finals as Jose Mourinho aiming for another European title at the Italian club, while Bianconeri searching for the first continental trophy in decades.

The Europa League quarter-final, semi-final and final draws take place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, on Friday 17 March. The ceremony begins at 13:00 CET.
