GEORGE SHUT DOWN FOR REMAINDER OF SEASON DUE TO VARIOUS INJURIES
George was shut down for the remainder of the season by the Philadelphia 76ers due to various injuries.
Furthermore, the 34-year-old All-Star forward received injections in his left adductor muscle and left knee Monday, ruling him out for the rest of the regular season.

George contuled with doctors for all treatment options for his groin and knee injuries before the 76ers made the call.

The decision came after George decided to make a pause on his podcast late last month.
Moreover, the player also known as “PG14” played in only 41 games this season, the fifth time in six years he’s played fewer than 60 contests.

“I haven’t been the healthiest, so it’s just been putting a ton of work towards getting my body as healthy as possible,” the forward said.
