JUN HAO HEADLINES MALAYSIA’S CHARGE IN JAKARTA; COACH OPTIMISTIC OF WORLD NO.28’S CHANCES

Furthermore, Leong Jun Hao headlines Malaysia’s charge in Jakarta, as he hopes go on a deeper run.

Moreover, the world No.28 seeks an impressive headstart when he takes on China’s world No.21 Weng Hong Yang.

Jun Hao hopes to avenge his second-round loss to Hong Yang in the recent India Open.

Malaysia’s singles coach Kenneth Jonassen is optimistic Jun Hao can get past his Chinese opponent in the opening round.

“Jun Hao has the ability to challenge Hong Yang all the way but against a top player like him you must keep the initiative and keep pushing,” Jonassen said.

“Jun Hao must trust his abilities to make a difference on court. However, it will be very tough,” he added.
