Despite reports of a sensational return to the La Liga giants, Messi is edging closer to join the MLS side, which is co-owned by England and Man United legend David Beckham.

Apple TV, the channel who pays $2.5 billion for MLS broadcast rights gave out massive hint of the coming bombshell.

The American giant tweeted Messi-related names on their official twitter account before replying ‘Miami’.

It was later deleted, but can not escape the ‘eagle eye’ from fans on twitter.

Inter Miami is a young club who only kicked off its inaugural season in Major League Soccer in 2020.

In the same year, they signed Messi’s former national teammate Gonzalo Higuain who won three-time LaLiga and was Serie A with Juventus.

The Argentine forward joined Inter Miami after leading the Italian club to the 2019-20 Serie A.

The club belongs to the American billionaire businessman Jose Mas and Premier League icon David Beckham.
