MAGIC VS CELTICS SAW TATUM HELP BOSTON TAKE 3-1 LEAD

The Magic vs Celtics’ Game 4 showdown saw Tatum help Boston claim a 107-98 victory to take a 3-1 lead in their first-round series.

Furthermore, the All-Star forward scored 37 points along with 14 rebounds as the Celtics stole a road win in Orlando and close in on advancing to the Eastern Conference semifinals.

Moreover, Jaylen Brown had 21 points and 11 rebounds, while Kristaps Porzingis added 19 points for Boston.

Derrick White also starred with 18 points, seven rebounds and seven assists as the Celtics prevented the Magic from tying the series.

Boston struggled with a 9-for-31 shooting from deep but Porzingis almost scored at will inside, including a dunk that put his team for good with 3:58 remaining.

BOSTON’S KEY 10-1 RUN IN FOURTH SEALS IT

Boston went on a key 10-1 run in the fourth quarter to seal it.

Moreover, Porzingis’ dunk capped that run that also saw Tatum sink a tough fadeaway jumper over Orlando forward Paolo Banchero.

Furthermore, Boston made up for its 3-point shooting woes with inside play and free throws.

Tatum went 14-for-14 from the stripe.

Overall, the Celtics only missed two free throws the whole Game 4.

Boston won despite the absence of All-Star guard Jrue Holiday, who continues to deal with a right hamstring injury.

BANCHERO, WAGNER SCORED BUCKETS BUT MAGIC STILL FELL SHORT OF TYING SERIES

Banchero and Franz Wagner continued to score buckets but the Magic stell fell short.

Furthermore, Banchero scored 31 points along with seven rebounds, while Wagner had 24 points, six boards, and seven assists.

Moreover, Corey Joseph came through with 12 points, while reserve Anthony Black added 10 points.

Orlando tied the game for the last time at 91-all on a dunk by Wendell Carter Jr 4:18 remaining.

However, the Magic never took the lead or even got closer after that.

They would need to steal Game 5 atr Boston on Tuesday to stay alive.
