The video, which is from Sun Exclusive, shows that the defender is enjoying his time off, just a very wrong way for a professional footballer.
What did Brandon Williams do?
The full-back who has been on a £60,000-a-week paycheck, was a passenger in his supercar.
Sun, quoted their source, which came from a witness:
“It was so obvious to anyone driving by what he was doing.
“Anyone who follows United or football seriously would have recognised him instantly. It’s irresponsible considering he’s a public figure.
“He’s meant to be a role model for youngsters and upcoming footballers.”
Nitrous oxide is no stranger to netizens around the globe, which are used to inhale the gas for a light-headed, short-lived euphoric high. However, such things, similar to alcohol or cigarettes, are normally a red flag for footballers.
What would happen to Brandon Williams?
Man United fans quickly pointed out that the 2000-born defender would be in big trouble after the video went viral.
“Loons? Brandon Williams is so dumb. What is wrong with these guys, honestly?“, a fan tweeted.
“Get him out of the club”, another tweeted.
Some stated that the Red Devil boss Erik ten Hag would strictly punish his player for such act, meanwhile, some thought that this had been acknowledged by the club way before it was spread on the internet, which explained why Brandon was not featuring a lot for the club.
Manchester-born Williams has played just five minutes of football this season under ten Hag and has been constantly linked with a move to Middlesbrough.
Man United and his agent were contacted for comment.
As of now, Brandon’s instagram looks suspicious too with the account totally blacked out.
