RABADA REGAINS ICC RANKINGS, UNSEATS BUMRAH FOR TOP SPOT
Rabada regains the ICC (International Cricket Council) rankings as he unseats India’s Jasprit Bumrah.
Furthermore, the 29-year-old left-hander took three wickets for South Africa in Bangladesh’s first innings, becoming the fastest to 300 wickets in the process.
He would later return figures of 6 for 46 to help South Africa win their first Test in Asia since 2014.
Incidentally, Rabada previously topped the rankings after the Newlands Test against India in January 2018, as he held the top spot for most of the 12 months.

That enabled him to reach No.10, leapfrogging by eight spots.
Meanwhile, Shakeel scored 134 for Pakistan in their recent Test against England, moving them to No.7 and going 20 places higher.
Meanwhile, Ravindra’s India teammate Yashavi Jaiswal returned to No.3.
