Top scorer of all time of Euro finals
While the FIFA World Cup seems out of reach, Ronaldo tasted the merit of winning the European championships back in 2016.
It is one of the five editions of the tournament in which the former Man United and Real Madrid players featured, having scored for the first time during the 2004 version.
He has taken the field every four years since and is expected to do so again in 2024 under Roberto Martinez. The 2020 Euro finals was Cr7’s best-scoring tournament, as he edged Patrick Schick (Czech Republic)to clinch the Golden Boot with five goals. Ronaldo’s one assist at the tournament was enough to crown him the Golden Boot winner due to the criteria by which UEFA ranks the contenders.
